Our Greens
Herbs
Currently, we grow Genovese Basil, Dill, Sage, Parsley, Red-veined Sorrel, and on occasion Oregano. We can customize crops based on demand and growing conditions. All our seeds come from Johnny's Selected Seeds.
Basil (Genovese)
Genovese basil, packaged in 1 oz or .5 oz sleeves or in bulk
Dill (Teddy)
Dill, packaged in .5 oz sleeves (our other herbs other than basil are also packaged in .5 oz sleeves).
Our Lettuces/Greens
We grow the freshest and tastiest artisanal lettuces - which can be provided with the root stock for additional flavor retention and deliciousness! We rotate our crops and add/remove lettuces and greens based on seasonal needs and customer preferences. We can customize with 6-weeks notice. All our seeds are from Johnny's Selected Seeds.
Baby Butterhead
Soft and buttery, smooth light green leaves.
Monte Carlo (Romaine)
Dark green, compact romaine - an excellent choice for salads.
Cherokee (Summer Crisp)
One of our favorites - excellent taste, texture color and flavor.
Dragoon (Romaine)
Crisp yet thick leaves and firm texture.
Red (pictured) or Green (Salanova)
Light and super flavorful with a clean taste - a chef's delight.
Muir
The leaves are crisp and have excellent fresh
flavor.
Breen (Romaine)
Compact, firm and dark red/bronze color with excellent texture and flavor.
Fusion (Romaine-like)
Flavor of romaine with wavy green leaves.

Peppery and delicious.
Greens - Swiss Chard Bright Lights
Superb color and extremely healthy - firm texture with excellent flavors.
Greens - Kale
We rotate three varieties of Kale including Red Russian, Scarlet and Toscano - very versatile and healthy!
Greens - Mizuna (Red Kingdom)
A mildly spicy green that pairs well in artisanal salads.
With adequate notice, we can customize crops
